Purposes of processing

The processing of personal data on our website is limited to that data which is necessary to ensure the website functions correctly and to optimise its performance.

If you send us enquiries via the ‘Room Enquiry’ and ‘Order Voucher’ forms, your details from the aforementioned forms, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of any follow-up questions.
 

Legal basis

a) The processing of personal data in connection with our website is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interests in ensuring the stability and operational security of the system.

b) The processing of personal data in connection with the ‘Room enquiry’ and ‘Order a voucher’ forms is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures).

Cookies

We use session cookies on our website to make our service more user-friendly. Cookies are small files that your browser creates automatically and which are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site.

Retention period

We process your personal data submitted via the forms for as long as the contractual relationship remains in force. If no contract is concluded, we will delete the data once we have responded to your enquiry.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the website operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of your browser changes from “http://&ldquo” to “https://&ldquo” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.

We have entered into a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the aforementioned service.
